AI and GPU
GPU infrastructure from 100 kW to 5 MW
We design the hall for the platform the customer has chosen: air-cooled GPU servers, mixed halls and liquid-cooled supernode racks up to 140 kW. Power, cooling and storage are sized for the pulsed load of model training.

What hall your platform needs
Guideline for 1 MW of IT load. The exact scope is calculated for the server model and number of accelerators.
| Rack class | kW per rack | Racks per 1 MW | Cooling | OS Power format |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Air-cooled GPU servers | 10-20 | 50-100 | air, aisle containment | micro-module, container, prefabricated data center |
| Mixed hall | 20-40 | 25-50 | air and rear-door heat exchangers | micro-module, prefabricated data center |
| High-density liquid-cooled racks | 40-80 | 13-25 + network | direct-to-chip liquid, CDU | prefabricated data center |
| Supernode racks | 120-142 | 7-9 + 4-6 network | direct-to-chip liquid, supply at 30-45 °C | prefabricated data center, power blocks + hall |
| Next generation | up to 600 | per design | liquid, 800 V DC | space and busbars reserved in the design |
Load pulses
Why an AI data center needs energy storage
Training clusters change their consumption by tens of percent within fractions of a second. These pulses wear out UPS batteries and disturb the grid. OS Power supercapacitors on the hall busbar absorb the pulses, LFP or NFPP storage carries the load until the gensets start and shaves peaks, and the gensets run less often.
Future readiness
What we build into the design now
800 V DC
Space and busbars for DC-powered racks that accelerator manufacturers are preparing from 2027.
Supply up to 45 °C
The site circuit is designed for warm water for new platforms: more free cooling hours, no compressors.
Expansion
A second IT module, a second cooling plant and a second transformer are included in the site plan.
Slab without raised floor
Point rack loads up to 2 t, overhead cable trays.
OS Power does not supply, purchase or service computing equipment. Servers are supplied and imported by the customer or a licensed supplier in compliance with applicable export controls.
