Cooling

Cooling from 7 to 140 kW per rack

Air for general-purpose racks, direct-to-chip liquid for GPUs and a shared cooling plant with free cooling. Warm water allows operation without compressors for most of the year.

75-90%

of heat is removed by cold plates on accelerators, switches and processors

30-40 °C

supply to the rack circuit; up to 45 °C for platforms that allow it

Liquid circuit

How liquid cooling works

Two circuits

A glycol rack circuit and a site circuit, with redundant CDUs with flow control between them.

Cooling plant

Adiabatic dry coolers or free-cooling chillers in N+1, variable-speed pumps.

No quota-controlled refrigerants

The main circuit runs on water and glycol; air conditioner circuits are shipped under nitrogen and charged on site.

Winter heating

When load is off, modules are heated and drainage is protected from freezing.

PUE is a design annual value and depends on the site climate and the share of liquid cooling.
