Digital design
Model first, steel second
Every module goes through a full digital cycle before manufacturing starts: fewer changes on site and a shorter schedule.
BIM model of all systems
A 3D model of cooling, water, electrical and structural systems; fabrication drawings are generated from it automatically.
PUE, WUE and CUE calculation
Energy efficiency, water use and carbon footprint are calculated before manufacturing; airflow in the hall is simulated.
Site survey
Laser and AR scanning of existing buildings and sites for accurate placement of modules and routes.
Traceability
Pipes are CNC-cut from the model; every piece carries a tag with installation data. Load, strength and lifting calculations are part of the documentation.
