Format
IT modules, a cooling plant and a power block are manufactured at the plant and assembled on site into a data center building. This is the base option for 1-5 MW commercial and AI data centers on a greenfield site or at a host partner.

manufacturer dataPrefabricated enclosure 4.2-4.7 m wide with two rows of racks and 1,200 / 900 mm aisles, redundant in-row CDUs, distribution switchboards, busways, gas fire suppression, aspirating smoke detection, access control and monitoring.
Adiabatic dry coolers or free-cooling chillers in N+1, variable-speed pumps, glycol circuit; supply at 30-40 °C, up to 45 °C without compressors for platforms that allow it.
6-35 kV switchgear, dry-type transformers, main switchboard with ATS, space for OS Power energy storage and a supercapacitor cabinet.
N+1 or 2N gensets and energy storage on the site busbar: peak shaving, backup, delayed genset start.
Specifications are typical for the product line as of 10.2026. PUE is a design annual value; timelines are indicative, not a commitment.
Three completeness modes
The plant works in three modes: up to 90% factory completeness (the module arrives with equipment inside), about 70% (enclosure and engineering systems, equipment installed on site) and reconstruction of existing buildings with factory-built engineering blocks. We choose the mode based on logistics, dimensions and timelines.
