How long does a 1 MW site take?
8-12 months from contract signing to acceptance, 4-6 months with power in place; 2-5 MW sites take 9-14 months in phases. Modules are manufactured at the plant from 5 months, in parallel with site preparation.
Which format to choose: container, micro-module or prefabricated data center?
A container is for sites without a server room up to 300 kW; a micro-module if there is a hall with power; a prefabricated data center for 1-5 MW on a greenfield site or at a host partner. Selection is done in the configurator and in the concept.
Which GPU platforms does the site support?
The site is designed for the platform chosen by the customer: 7-40 kW air-cooled racks and 120-142 kW liquid-cooled supernode racks.
What if the grid cannot provide the required capacity?
Energy storage shaves peaks and allows a lower grid connection capacity to be requested; gensets and a solar plant provide on-site power while waiting for the grid.
Does a modular data center work at -40 °C?
Yes: 100 mm insulation, heating when load is off, winter kits for air conditioners; OS Power sodium energy storage retains capacity in frost, gensets come in arctic design.
Are quota-controlled refrigerants required?
The main circuit runs on glycol and water; air conditioner circuits are shipped under nitrogen and charged on site, and gas fire suppression uses quota-free perfluorohexanone (FK-5-1-12).
What redundancy is provided?
From N+1 to 2N at the customer's choice; training clusters usually have N+1 for mechanical systems and distributed redundancy for power, cloud services 2N.
Who is responsible for the project?
OS Power manages the project, supply, installation supervision, commissioning and service under single responsibility; the modules are produced by the partner plant in China.
Is there EAEU certification?
EAEU conformity assessment (TR CU) is carried out with the Russian company of the group as the applicant; before the first delivery we obtain an HS code classification ruling.
Can the site be expanded?
Yes, expansion is built into the design: space for the next IT module, cooling plant, transformer and energy storage.
Does the manufacturer need remote access to monitoring?
No, monitoring works fully offline; remote connection only at the customer's decision.
How is physical site security ensured?
The perimeter, guarding and site protection are designed to customer requirements and local regulations together with specialist contractors.
