Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data received through the English version of this website is OS POWER International Holding Limited (BRN 81130836, Room 10, 12/F., Hang Bong Commercial Centre, 28 Shanghai Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong). Requests submitted through the Russian version are processed by the group's Russian company, as set out in the Russian version of this policy. Please send any personal data requests to Telegram or through the form on the Contacts page.

2. What data we receive

From request, datasheet and calculator forms: your name, company name, email address, telephone number (optional), country of the site, application, type of request, your role, project timeline and stage, preferred channel, the text of your request and any attached file; from the AI data center calculator, also the input data and the calculation result.

Automatically with each request: IP address, the page from which the form was sent, the landing page, the referring website, campaign tags (utm, yclid, gclid), the time the form was opened and submitted, the language version, the version and time of your consent, and the request number.

3. Purposes

To respond to your request, prepare a calculation, a commercial proposal or a datasheet, and contact you regarding your project; to protect the forms against automated submissions and abuse (IP address and completion time); and to understand which channels requests come from. We do not sell data or transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by a separate checkbox in the form (the consent text is in section 11), and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

5. How and where data is processed

  • Each request is first written to a log on the website hosting server located in Russia. The log is not accessible from the internet.
  • A notification is sent to OS Power staff via Telegram, whose servers are located outside Russia, which constitutes a cross-border transfer. The staff group chat receives only the request number, application, country and company name; full details and the attached file go to the personal chat of the responsible employee.
  • A copy of the request with the attached file is sent to the group's corporate mailbox.
  • The server immediately sends a confirmation with the request number to the email address you provide.
  • Attached files are not stored on the website server: they are forwarded to Telegram and email and deleted once the server has processed the request.

6. Retention

Request data is retained for 3 years from receipt or until you withdraw your consent, whichever is earlier. Log entries older than 3 years are deleted from the server automatically; copies in Telegram and email are deleted within the same period. If a contract is concluded, data is retained for the periods required for contractual records.

7. Cookies, browser storage and analytics

The website does not set its own cookies. Your browser's local storage (localStorage) keeps the list of products added to the comparison; this data is not sent to the server. For the duration of the session (sessionStorage), the landing page, referring address and campaign tags are kept; they are sent only together with a request and are deleted when the tab is closed.

Web analytics counters are not currently used on the English version of the website. This section will be updated before any such counter starts collecting data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data, to request its rectification, restriction or erasure, and to withdraw your consent. Message us on Telegram or through the form on the Contacts page and quote the request number. We will reply within 10 business days. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

9. Users in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

Personal data of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan received through the website is processed on the basis of consent in order to respond to the request, as described above: it is stored on a server in Russia and transferred to Telegram and email. Where a contract is concluded with a customer in Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan, processing complies with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and Their Protection and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data, including in-country storage requirements.

10. Security and changes

Only staff who handle requests have access to the request log and work chats. We may update this policy; a new version takes effect on the date it is published on this page.

By ticking the consent box in an OS Power website form, I freely and in my own interest give OS POWER International Holding Limited (BRN 81130836, Room 10, 12/F., Hang Bong Commercial Centre, 28 Shanghai Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong) my consent to the processing of my personal data: name, company name, email address, telephone number, country of the site, information on my role, project timeline and stage, the content of my request and attached files, IP address and information on the referring source.

The purpose of processing is to prepare a response to my request, a calculation and a commercial proposal, and to contact me regarding the project. The consent covers collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, rectification, use, transfer (including cross-border transfer to the Telegram service and transfer to corporate email), restriction, erasure and destruction of the data, with or without automated means.
